Two items related to web searching today.
First, if you’re a Firefox user, check out Butler. Oops, I forgot–first you’ll need Greasemonkey though. It sets you up so you can add these little user scripts to customize Firefox. Anywho, go get Greasemonkey, then restart FF, then go get Butler (right click on the download link and select install userscript). Now try a google search–either from the builtin search bar or directly from google. Pretty cool, huh?
Hey, after you get Greasemonkey, check out their script library for some nifty stuff…
Secondly, for those who want more options in a more direct way: Check out YaGooHoo!Gle for your next search. Basically, it does a split-screen search; one side for Yahoo and the other side for Google. Alas, Butler doesn’t kick in when you search this way.
