Firefox stuff

Search on firefox over there in that little search widget. Sure comes up a lot, don’t it?
Great browser - you should go get it.
Anywho, got this new laptop for work recently and was just getting around to finalizing some stuff. On my old machine I had Firefox setup to make framed web pages adjustable — in other words, I could at a glance not only see the site was framed, but grab the frame borders and resize them if necessary or useful (often both!).
But I couldn’t recall how I’d turned that on!
Well, a quick web search led me back to good ol’ Brian Livingston’s Windows Secrets. This article is worth a read if you’re into Firefox: Secrets of Firefox 1.0. Yeah ,it’s a few months old now (came out the month before I started blogging) but still, worth a look if you haven’t done much with customizing yet.
Speaking of firefox extensions, I see ForecastFox is telling me we have squalls moving in. Now that’s just not a weather term I associate with the high desert… but the wind is coming up and the clouds are getting dark (ok, now I’m humming the theme to Gilligan’s Island. Help me!).
Final plug: I’m lost without Tabbrowser Preferences
