What is it? Apparently ms’s foray into the image editing market (again?). Apparently it is in beta and it is free. So what the heck, I went and downloaded it (well, dl’ing right now). Don’t know much about it beyond it’s based on something they bought a while back… 77mb download.
Doing the install right now… Note: The installation expires 12/31/05. Must have Service Pack 2, so presumably XP only. 117MB install size.
Seems tolerable, loads up much quicker than my old copy of Adobe Elements, so that’s a plus. I’ll play with it over the next few weeks and see if it is something I can get used to.
Looking for auctions on government stuff? Government Liquidation. Interesting, lots of computer stuff in there…
