I swear, if death-penalty for spyware and malware authors ever came up for vote, we’d all see what a hard-liner I could be… Spent well over an hour at client’s place today wrestling with some stupid “WinFixer” popups. Well, the machine had lots of other stuff going on, but even after I thought it was clean, Yesterday was an interesting day at work. My boss evicted me around 1pm. Actually ordered me out of the office and told me to take some days off. Wow… so today was my first full day off from work since the sunday on labor day weekend. It was Tonight I finally decided I’m comfortable enough with Active Directory that I should wade in and “un-orphan” my poor little web server. He’s been stuck in a busted domain for almost a year when I last reconfigured the home network around AD. Pleasantly, it went smoothly and everything still works. I’m leaning Bought World of Warcraft (again) little over a week ago. Been working too much to spend much time with it, but so far been having fun. Have a group of friends on Terenas and another group on Hyjal (and who knows if I spelled either of those correctly!) so just dabbling with a couple chars |
