Nine days sans nicotine!
3 lbs gained. Not bad.
One heckuva a killer cold going on though. A bit of a fever too. Pretty much lost my voice yesterday afternoon and don’t have real high hopes of it staying with me all day today. Throat feels like it is just raw and open. 
Seems like it’ll be a good day to work from home and kinda chill. Have one piece left to do for the next release of a project so I’ll see about getting that knocked out and ready for test.
