Light a candle with me and hope that a replacement hard drive shows up today! My work laptop has been struggling a bit all week. Odd pauses and hardware speaker beeps following the odd “clunk” noise… not conducive to trust and faith in the stability! We ordered a replacement drive on wednesday. Hope we ordered it express.
Very excited to get that drive for a few reasons:
- Replace this wonky drive
- My first go at a 7200rpm laptop drive!
- I’m due for a full reload of XP on this thing anyways…
