Wifi and my Pocket PC

I have an older iPAQ (iPAQ 4355 to be precise). I love it very much and lug it around pretty much every where I go. I might even name it George… Great little machine and with the advent of various mobile sites, becoming much more useful on the web scene. But only from home where I can still use WEP. At work, with WPA, I’m just plain hosed. And boy, is that annoying!

I was about to write a rant about that. However, I just “pulled my head out” and found that there’s a Rom Update that gets me WPA support! And heck, after the rom update, there’s a wireless lan driver update to look at too.Well sweet. no rant tonight! Looks like I have some backup work to do instead.

And wow, my face is red. These two updates are from ‘04… perhaps I should check stuff like that more often?
