Google and Measure Map

Today’s news from Google involved their acquisition of Measure Map. Measure Map is one of those nifty analytic kinda things (as near as I can tell) that has had a fair amount of attention the last few months. I know I was there signing up for the beta a couple months ago.

I’m sure there is much curiosity now about the pricing. I seem to recall hearing at one point there’d be a free option and a “for pay” real-time option. In light of what happened with Urchin / Google Analytics, I wonder how Measure Map pricing will look.

What I wonder more is when I can see it action! Being the analytics and stats junky that I am, I can’t tell you how badly I want to try this thing out.
