Mabber - Been a while since I last mentioned these guys, but I stopped by today and noticed something very nice — Tabbed Messaging. To celebrate, I had to use their service the rest of the day at work. This one is coming along very nicely. I still have a few invites if you want to give it a shot. I have no clue how it works on a mobile phone — nor will I ever. But it is a nice easy alternative on PCs.
Pageflakes - Another that I haven’t mentioned recently. Big announcement today though: Major improvements with RSS Reading. With hints of more to come later. Major change and it really makes this multi-paged “ajax desktop” competitor even more interesting. The reader reminds me a lot of how Goowy’s works. Speaking of which…
Goowy - Alas, no huge news here (last posts). Been waiting to hear more about the forthcoming integrated IM and file storage. TechCrunch had some info not too terribly long ago, but really it was what I had already posted about (gasp) with more details. I keep logging in to see if the IM is there yet — I’m strangely addicted to multi-protocol IM programs it would seem.
