No Ads?

Hark, the ads are gone! Did I finally find a sugar-momma? Nope. Wealthy sponsor? Nope. Covered expenses? nope nope nope!

I came to the conclusion that Yahoo! Publisher Network just wasn’t cutting it for someone of my size. The “targetted” ads were wonky, at best. Granted, they’re beta, but if nobody sees anything worth clicking on, why give up the allegedly valuable page space? So, I removed ‘em yesterday while doing some theme house cleaning. This morning, I saw this related post from the Performancing blog. I guess I’m not the only one wondering why I got so many vonage ads…

Maybe I’ll see what the Google folks have going on. I don’t expect to ever be ad supported (let alone retire from the day job), but covering some minor expenses would be nifty.
