Good Grief. Douglas County, Colorado Sheriffs are going to be wardriving, looking for open wireless networks. And if they can figure out owns it, they’ll drop off brochures and warnings. I live in Douglas Country. I learned about this via Slashdot this afternoon and I don’t know if I should laugh or cry. Fortunately, the tfa seems to indicate The google blog has announced some Google Video updates. Looks like they’ve been noticing what the “competition” has been up to. More free things. More “social” aspects like commenting and rating. And lastly, easier integration for some of the blogging platforms. It was all that long ago that I boldly announced I was going back to paper. And I did. And… I’m over it. Paper sucks for a number of reasons. Manually carrying tasks forward from page to page is tedious (or prone to loss). The binder I was using works great for carrying around a Microsoft announced that IE7 beta3 is now available. Some interesting new features/fixes and I’m glad to finally see tab re-ordering is in there. [Update] Also, some RSS reading enhancements. More on the user experience changes. Just for grins, I’ll be using this as my full-time browser at home for the next few days/weeks and see what I think Google Checkout, apparently after the PayPal scene, is live.
