The Opera Response

SimpleRich keeps giving me a rough time about Opera’s inability to render this page: http://www.kraftfoods.com/kf/Promotions/.
Well he’s right. It doesn’t do very well!
But holy crap, try and validate that thing some time… 251 errors? I’m amazed other browsers don’t puke too! Sheesh.
And if running Opera means I can’t see that page in all of its glory? Well… I’m OK with that!

Because this is your business site I’m refraining from calling you a paid opera shill… that and I known you’re not being paid by them, and if it weren’t what it claimed to be you’d call ‘em on it.
But I still want to be able to see my pages. If everybody else can do it, why can’t they?

But as Opera’s biggest apologist I’d be surprised if he didn’t have rumor of the official release of Opera 9.0 hidden under his hat so us mere mortals couldn’t download it first. He’s funny that way. ANYWAY. Later today I’ll find out if it works for me or not. Looking at the changelog doesn’t tell me much really in regards to my concerns about it.
