No Love for Yahoo Mail Beta and Opera (still)

I was hoping that the fancy new’ish Yahoo! Mail Beta would work with Opera 9. But alas, no such luck. Picture below is what I end up with:
I goofed around a bit at the main Yahoo! portal page. If I set my Opera site preferences to identify as IE I’d get a very different (and properly rendered, I might add) view. But it’d shut me down as soon as I’d try for the fancy mail interface. Almost like they’re explicitly hating the opera. Drat.
