Zapr - Not much love today

I last looked at Zapr back in early June. I liked it a lot. Since then, they’ve made some changes and (one assumes) enhancements. I’ve been sitting on a beta invite for the latest round for a week or so and finally had a chance to look it over today.
Unfortunately, things have not been going well. The new download and install were painless. But I can’t, for the life of me, convince the zapr servers that I’m up and online. Since the server and my zapr client aren’t talking, I can’t really move any files around to see how it works.
I’ve sent off an email to the support and the gent who invited me to the beta so hopefully will hear something from them next week. For what it’s worth, I like the look of the new client. It is much more stream-lined and intuitive than the predecessor.
