Firefox 2 beta 2 is out. New visual style, anti-phishing protection and quite a bit more. Hopefully more stable than Beta 1 was! Someone else go try and let me know…

   Hated it in the first 2 seconds of loading it. Between the address bar and the Search bar is a GO button. On my screen it’s about 3 inches wide. I can’t make it go away. Dragging it onto the place I drag unwanted buttons removes the address bar. They’re now attached. I don’t use or want a GO button.
   I’ll check stability tonight by leaving it on pages that crashed the previous beta, but I already know until that GO button is GONE I won’t use this browser.

   ok, that picture is awful. wtf? I wonder if that’s the norm or if you’re somehow special…

   Fixed it. It was a busted theme that the renderer didn’t know was busted.
   Still can’t make the GO button go away, but now at least it’s smaller.
