Anyone Fiddled with Fiddler?

I bookmarked a link to Fiddler over a month ago. Just now got a moment to at least read the site a bit and I’m really quite intrigued. As a “web developer” (which means many different things to many different people I’m learning) this seems like it could be very useful.
What is Fiddler?
Fiddler is a HTTP Debugging Proxy which logs all HTTP traffic between your computer and the Internet. Fiddler allows you to inspect all HTTP Traffic, set breakpoints, and “fiddle” with incoming or outgoing data. Fiddler is designed to be much simpler than using NetMon or Achilles, and includes a simple but powerful JScript.NET event-based scripting subsystem.
Doesn’t that just make your inner-geek tingle?
Before I get all gung-ho about this, as I’m often wont to do when I see something bright and shiny, has anyone used it? Any thoughts or tips?
