Zoho Planner - another wish list item

Zoho Planner has become the organizing force in my work, personal business and home lives. I’m just loving it. Not that it’s perfect, mind you. But what is there sure works well. As I often do, in previous posts I’ve mentioned some wish list items that would make it even better (imho). For today I thought I’d add the latest wish and gather up the others all into this one post. I’m a sharer, aren’t I?
Wish List 5: Wouldn’t it be awesome if task lists or notes could be moved from one page to another? Heck, maybe even tasks and file attachments too? Perhaps via a right-click and “send to page” type thing?
One use case could be the scenario where I have some notes on a page that are old or no longer critical. I don’t want to lose them, but I don’t want them cluttering up the page. Perhaps I’d rather make an archives type page and send them over there.

Wish List Item 1: I’d love to be able to organize pages a bit more than I can. There’s no page “hierarchy”. Would be nice to have a “Client” page and then have sub-pages of projects (for example) underneath. Tagging pages helps, to an extent I suppose, but I’m not quite sold on it.
Wish List Item 2: Be able to attach files is awesome. Would love to see some tighter integration with the other Zoho Office products… like a simple way to add a zoho sheet to that attached files list. Embedding would really rock! Today’s zoho blog post has me hoping for it.

Opera compatibility. Not mission critical (for me) but sure would be nice.- The ability to add a bit of a note to a task list item. Optional? Expandable? I dunno how best to suggest showing it, but I’d like to be able to have the option of capturing a bit more text with a task, but not necessarily showing it as the task itself. For instance, a status note or a progress report, etc.

Hopefully the folks at Zoho don’t think I’m a total pain in the rump…

Chris, we do have your wish items in our roadmap. You will see them get addressed in the near future. Glad that you like Zoho Planner. Continue using it please & keep your cool suggestions coming in
