The thing they said they were going to address was brought up not that long ago. It's not really 'broken' as it were, just a clarification of something... and they're going to fix it. Meanwhile software out there that people pay lots of money for and is broken three different zero day ways at once with no hint of a patch in sight remains broken with no mention on blogs that they even give a damn that people's jobs and lives are being changed by their bad software. (we're on an attachment moratorium until it's fixed and people are actually listening after dire threats of unconstitutional pain and suffering to the person who infects the network by opening a bad attachment) You’ve hit upon one of my favorite things about zoho.
