Through the wonders of Google Gears, Google Reader users can now read posts in an offline mode. How cool is that?

Hi, could you please give me a hand?
I found that i cannot install the Gears. My OS is XP home SP3, and it had no response after i click it, however,it could run under the Administrator.
How can i handle it?
