Want to use the MeeboMe widget but don’t want to run Meebo all the time? Are you using Pidgin?

I’ve been using Trillian but I’ve been unhappy with their support for a while now. I wonder if Pidgin would be a better solution now, especially if it can keep me logged into Meebo Me.

I haven’t used Trillian in several years, but perhaps you can do a similar thing with it? Connecting to Meebo is probably pretty easy, if you can find a plugin to work around the authorization requests thing.
