Got My Gmail IMAP Access, But…

… why no love with the Windows Mobile 6 mail reader?
This afternoon my premier hosted and free non-hosted Google Mail accounts both got their IMAP options, so I can stop whining about that particular topic. I was 1 for 3 there for a while, but now all 3 are good to go.
However…
Configuring my shiny new Mogul phone to access the accounts was very simple (I found this friendly walk-through article after the fact) and at first blush seemed to work great.
Then I noticed that HTML emails have no contents, just headers. Text only emails are fine. I’m not alone, I’ve seen other comments saying the same thing. Drat.
For now, I’m using the windows media 6 messaging to alert me when new emails show up, then I just browse to the Google Mail mobile web interface. That’ll work well for now, but it is a few more extra taps than I should need.
It’s not the end of the world, but one of my tipping points towards this phone was the IMAP announcement for Gmail. Hopefully this is something that can be sorted out!

I have my IMAP now also. All setup and working just fine with Thunderbird.
Seems to work with everything I’ve tried — except my Windows Mobile phone. drat.
