Whiteboard Pictures

I have some great notes for an upcoming project on a whiteboard. I have a digital picture of that same whiteboard courtesy of my phone.

I once saw a web based application that would take a picture and clean it up or even OCR it. As I recall, it even had some decent reviews. Does that ring any bells for anyone?

I think you are referring to http://www.scanr.com/

I think there are some others like this, but I’ve Scanr to be exactly what I need for whiteboard scanning.

Jim - thanks for that. Options are great.

I gave it a shot and for my single test picture, qipit was very close to being as good as scanr.

I reckon I’ll have to get some more test pictures that don’t have company proprietary designs on them and do an article comparing the ones we all find.
