Return of the Zune

We got the daughter a Zune for Christmas. She managed to brick it shortly afterwards. I had a positive experience calling Zune’s support, at which time they told me to allow 20 business days for the entire cycle of return and fix/replacement.
The Zune showed up today — by my count it took 23 business days, but that’s close enough to 20 for me (this wasn’t exactly life or death). It’s a replacement and another refurb, but appears to be identical (black and 30 GB) to the one we sent. I’ve charged it up and it all seems functional so far.
Next up, the real test: Will it hold up to her use for more than 4 days?
