Perhaps the Best Gmail Labs Feature Yet: Add Photos

One of the first things I saw this morning was this tweet:

Tweet from simplerich about adding photos to Gmail message

Hooray, Hallelujah and (*cough*) about time. :-)

If there’s been a most requested feature from my corporate users, this would probably be the one.

Now granted, this doesn’t solve the “I want to paste a screen shot directly into an email” issue, but it is a nice first step along that journey – and beats the tar out of adding images as attachments and making the recipients download and open each.

Thanks to Rich for pointing this out first thing this morning. I had an “all staff” email out with the good news by 7:15 AM.
