Windows Defender Beta 2 – First glance

Got the new beta 2 of Windows Defender installed tonight, and can confirm that it will cheerfully (and very silently) uninstall the previous beta (windows antispyware) should that currently be installed. Windows Defender (Antispyware) Beta 2 is out

Microsoft has just released beta 2 of Defender (formerly known as Microsoft Antispyware (formerly known as Giant Antispyware)). I’ll have to check later today to see if this got folded in with Windows OneCare at all, or if they’re still seperate offerings.
