Version mis-matching with the Windows File and Settings transfer wizard can cause high blood pressure. Trust me, I found that out earlier today. For a brief moment in time it seemed I had lost about 20GB of my daughter’s data! After her “new” machine was loaded and patched, I fired up the File and Was at a client/friend’s place last night. Simple job that should’ve had me gone within an hour or two went south quickly and, after 3 hours, we plan to finish up Sunday afternoon. The situation: She frequently works from her home office.
