Having just crawled out my cave (apparently), I just noticed a really cool feature over at Google News. I’d never experienced the “Image Version” option before. Fascinating! Your browser is filled with a bunch of pictures on the left two thirds of the screen, and a vertically scrolling list of news headlines on the right third. Last night, I posted a bit about my lack of love for tech.memeorandum.com. Perhaps with just a wee too much hyperbole, but yeah… substitue “altering what we read” for “altering our fate” and we’re probably more in the right vicinity.
