Several years ago I discovered the joy of RSS reading and podcast catching on my Pocket PC. Back then I was using an application called FeederReader and was generally quite happy with it. It worked well and handled podcasts nicely. At some point, something happened and FeederReader more or less disappeared. There are two betas going right now: one for Symbian and one for Windows Mobile. I keep it on my USB key and it helps my weak memory. It is pretty simple to use, loads quick and has nice features that help it keep itself secure. Today I happened upon an older Pocket PC Power Toy that I used to use frequently but had completely forgotten about: Remote Display Control. I can’t believe I’m on a bit of a weight-loss kick these past few weeks. One of my goals is to log everything I eat and also the gym work-outs. After a couple weeks of this, I’m still wrestling a bit with what might be the best way to track this goal. Initially I was using DietTV’s site.
