WordPress 2.3 was released earlier this week. One of the interesting features of this release is built-in tagging. A nice feature to have built-in, but I’ve been a bit hesitant to switch over to it. Frankly, Ultimate Tag Warrior has spoiled me and 2.3 doesn’t come with near the features and functionality that UTW offers. Visualize Advanced Features — This one is no longer necessary with 2.3. The editor button that it enabled is now enabled by default! Weblog Tools Collection is running a series titled “A Plugin A Day” (APAD) this month. Today’s post from them is about my Add Related Posts to Your Feed plugin. There’s an interesting post over at JohnTP.com pondering if adding related posts to feeds is considered clutter. He also has a poll up. (Go vote!). As the author of some “Add Related Posts to Feed” WordPress plugins, you can imagine that this caught my eye. I, personally (and obviously) think this sort of Last weekend I released my first plugin and received some good feedback. Most of that feedback was along the lines of, “Hey dummy, we use a different Related Posts plugin, not UTW!” Ok, I can take a hint.
