Over a year and a half ago I announced that I was “digging Digsby” the multi-protocol instant messaging application. What wasn’t to love? It handled most instant messaging networks, Twitter, Facebook (added later) notifications and chat, along with some pretty solid email notification features as well. From the policy: “Everyone” Privacy Setting. Information set to “everyone” is publicly available information, may be accessed I have to confess that when Twitter’s new “list” feature was announced my response was a well-reasoned “meh.” I just didn’t see the point and had little interest in investigating… Fortunately (for me!) I decided to play around the feature a bit this morning. Right away, my first thought was that it would be cool to BeTwittered – I first mentioned BeTwittered in passing in my Social Bankruptcy post. It is one of many clients for Twitter, the popular micro-blog.
