Vista and Windows 2008 Service Pack 2 BETA

As announced at the Vista Team Blog, brave folks and testers can now get their hands on the Service Pack 2 beta for Vista and Windows 2008. While it was announced earlier in the week, the files just recently showed up.

Note: You must have Service Pack 1 already installed. This is not a cumulative

Server 2008 Changing with SP2

From the Server Core blog:

Subset of .NET Framework 2.0
Subset of .NET Framework 3.0 and 3.5 – WCF, WF, and LINQ
Windows PowerShell
ASP.NET and additional IIS support – the only IIS feature not available in Server Core is the management GUI
