Microsoft released an updated Windows Live Writer beta today. They also announced the Windows Live Gallery which is apparently where we go for Live Writer extensions. I haven’t checked the latter out too much yet, but the “Blog This” for Firefox thingy looks intriguing.

Announced Friday, Windows Live Writer. Among other things, it is a blog authoring tool. Or even a photo publishing app.
