I turned 39 today. My family got me some shoes that make me feel 16 again though:

Seriously, how cool are those? Who remembers either having something similar or wanting something similar back in the 80s?
Family knows me well — I love shoes.
Truly, I’m what could be described best as a shoe whore.
For Father’s Day they got me these:

Now I can go from boarder to preppy just by changing shoes.

It’s already several hours into [that day after Tuesday I apparently can't spell no matter how many different ways I try], but I work a late swing shift and this is the soonest I could get here, so please forgive the belatedness.
