Oops. After yesterday’s triumphant post I went and “bounced back” a pound. Ah well, it happens and with luck it’ll be gone tomorrow.
Reminds me, I forgot to mention two things yesterday:
- Water — drink lots. I’ve never had an issue there, but after a chat with Rich G a few months back, I’ve taken it up a notch. It’s not enough to drink my targeted 8 glasses a day. I also drink a glass “in penance” for each Diet Dew and cup of coffee as well.
- For tracking, I’m currently using a spreadsheet heavily inspired by Jeremy Zawodny’s creation. That may change in a bit… still experimenting.
