I can't believe that you are 40. I am so far away from that age. Actually, after reading your blog, I agree with your feeling exactly. I, as well, have been thinking quite a bit more about my health since I turned 39. I made a decision to be in the best shape of my life by the time I turned 40. Ok, that may be a bit of a stretch, but I have started lifting weights. I am not really into the running, bike riding, or other styles of real excercise. I hope you have a great birthday, and when you think about it 40 isn't really that old. If you haven't heard, I quite my old firm and started my a consulting engineering firm with two other guys. We have been at it for about 2 months now and we look forward to coming to work everyday and now have a smile on each and every day. It has been quite a bit more work, but we are now running a business the way we feel it should be run.
